Brand Relationship Management

Branding has two components: image and experience. Although image is the concept most often associated with the idea of "branding," the experiential component is equally important. They must be congruent.

Our holistic approach to brand relationship management helps clients make sense of the linkages between their brand's image, consumer perceptions, and operational realities. This insight provides a basis for enhancements to the brand image and marketing message. It also furnishes the groundwork for educated decision-making that will ensure products and service delivery systems are consistent with customer expectations.

This evaluation can be implemented at any stage of the brand's lifecycle and for any number of reasons: to ensure a successful launch, to provide a sound footing for repositioning an existing brand, to explore opportunities for increasing brand awareness, or to enhance the congruence of image and experience.

Brand Identity Development

The brand identity system is the functional center of the brand image. All marketing communication radiates from this core. We can provide the following deliverables individually or as part of a complete package:

Development of an effective identity system is more than an artistic exercise . . . more than clever sloganeering. We begin all projects with an evaluation of the brand's characteristics.
